Site launch

This site is live. It started as a single mockup: dark canvas, indigo accent, a portrait dissolving into the background. The brief I gave was simple: copy the mockup, bring it to life, and make every detail feel deliberate.

Under the hood it’s Next.js and Tailwind, fully static, deployed on Cloudflare. The portrait blends into the page with color-matched gradients, so there is no visible seam at any size. The projects section carries real work: the Cadive guardrails platform, its source-available SDK, and a Rolls-Royce edit that is still on the timeline.

There is also a lightsaber in the navbar. Click the hilt. No further comment.

What’s next

Finishing the Rolls-Royce cut, filling the featured thumbnails with real frames, and writing here when there is something worth saying. If you want to talk before then, the contact section is one scroll away.
